Kabob (Fish Or Meat)

Skewer or cocktail sticks
2 lbs. meat (fish, beef, chicken or turkey)
2 large bell peppers
1 large onion
4 firm medium tomatoes
2 tsp. sea salt
Spices: hot pepper (optional, to taste), curry, garlic, white pepper, sage, rosemary

Place meat in a deep dish. Brush meat with spices. Marinade overnight in refrigerator.

Next day: Put meat (with its juices) in a pot. Broil for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut bell peppers into 16 cube pieces. Cut onions into 16 cube pieces. Cut meat into bite size pieces.
