Meat On A Stick (Uganda)
12-inch skewers Cut beef into bite size pieces. Peel and cut onions 1 inch thick. In a shallow bowl. Combine red pepper, garlic and salt. Coat beef with spices and add to seasoning. Preheat broiler or grill. Thread beef and onion pieces on to skewers. Broil 4-5 minutes or until beef is tender |
